Schiller was founded in 1964 by Dr. Walter Leibrecht as a study-abroad program for Americans living in West Germany.In 1967, The Global American University, Schiller opened the Madrid and Paris international campuses.In 1969, Schiller moved its international campus in Germany to Heidelberg and in 1983 they received US acreditation (Accredited Member ACICS).Later in 1991, the university opened its international Campus in Tampa, Florida.

Permanent Residency

Option 1- Students have to stay for 5 Years in France to be eligible or PR
Note: Students have to Stay for 3 Years in work Visa & pay tax to France Gov. to be eligible for PR.
Option 2- Student can also apply for a Start-up Visa and stay up to 3 Years in the country to be eligible for PR
Note: If students hold PR in France they can have access to 26 European Countries without destination Visa.

Post Study Work

FRANCE

After graduation, the student is allowed to stay back up to 1.5 years & can apply for jobs in 26 countries across Europe including France with Schengen Visa.

NETHERLANDS

Students can also apply for a Start-up Visa and stay up to 3 years in NETHERLANDS.

If a student's University/ Subject ranks in the top 200 world POST STUDY WORK Ranking (ie THE/Qs/Shanghai Ranking) they are eligible for opportunities  to apply for a 1 year Job Search Visa in the Netherlands.

AUSTRALIA

Based on the student’s previous work experience, the student can apply for a Skilled Independent visa.  

Note: Post Completion of the Course in Germany students will have more opportunities to get a job in Germany, Europe, the Middle East & India with a Very good Payscale.
